Church Playgroup
Provision
Our playgroup provides a caring, stimulating and safe environment for children from 3-5 yrs of age; offering a range of equipment to encourage intellectual, physical, social and emotional development.
Equipment used is especially chosen to meet the needs of 3-5 yr olds, including those with special needs.
The atmosphere is friendly and caring, and our aim is to help children to learn through play. Each child is allowed to progress at his or her own rate.
Staff and Parents
The maximum no of children catered for each session is 24. Three permanent staff are present each session. Rota parents are encouraged, however we do understand if you work or have other younger children at home. We value the help and input our parents provide.
Fees
The Methodist Church Playgroup holds sessions Mon – Fri Term time, beginning at 9:00am and finishing at 11:30am. Our charge is £3.50 per child, per session. We do not refund if a child is absent on the day they are registered to come. If possible we would like fees paid in advance. If this is difficult please notify our playgroup leader.
